Australia
Standard (3–6 business days): Free on orders over $150 AUD. $12 flat-rate for orders under $150.
Express (1–3 business days): $18 flat-rate, all order sizes.
Bulky items (drivers, full sets): $24 flat-rate, 2–5 business days.
All orders dispatched from Sydney within 1 business day. Tracking link emailed once your order leaves our warehouse.
International
New Zealand: $25 AUD, 4–7 business days.
UK, Ireland, Europe: $45 AUD, 7–12 business days.
USA, Canada: $40 AUD, 6–10 business days.
Rest of world: quoted at checkout, 10–20 business days.
Prices are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Customs duties and taxes are payable by the recipient on arrival and are not included in our shipping price.
Tracking & delivery
Every order is fully tracked. You will receive an order confirmation email at checkout and a separate dispatch email with the tracking number when your order leaves us. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs delays.
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, email hello@farkgolf.com with your order number and we will chase it for you.
Risk in transit
Risk in your order passes to you when the carrier hands it over at the address you provided. Damaged-in-transit items are covered by our courier insurance — photograph any damage on receipt and email us within 48 hours and we will sort a replacement or refund.
