We collect information that you provide directly to us — your name, email address, postal address, phone number, payment details (processed by our payment gateway, never stored by us), and any preferences you share when booking a tour or placing an order.
We also collect technical information automatically when you visit our website: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and similar log data. Cookies are used to keep your shopping cart and to remember your preferences.
2. How we use it
